This Purchasing Agreement establishes the terms and conditions that apply to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these provisions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and applicable Claims & Returns Policy.

1. Purchasing Requirements

3. Order Review & Administrative Rights

An order may be canceled or declined due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Unexpected inventory shortages
- Suspected fraudulent or irregular payment activity
- Incorrect pricing caused by technical or system errors
- Website or processing errors
- Other circumstances affecting the validity or fulfillment of the transaction
We may also request additional information or identity verification before an order is dispatched.
If an order is canceled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, specifications, availability, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
4. Product Information & Representation
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and specifications displayed on our Site accurately represent the products we offer.

5. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable measures to ensure that product prices displayed on our Site are accurate. However, technical, typographical, or system errors may occasionally result in an incorrect price.
Plowesouylle is not required to honor an order placed at a price that is clearly incorrect because of a technical or system error.
If such an error is discovered, we may:
- Place the affected order on hold or cancel it
- Notify the customer by email
- Refund any amount already charged to the original payment method

6. Inventory & Fulfillment Estimates

We make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly. Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping period is 10–20 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery timeframe of approximately 13–23 business days, including the initial processing period.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, supply-chain conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
An item displayed as available may occasionally become unavailable before fulfillment is completed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify the customer, cancel the affected item where necessary, and adjust the applicable order total accordingly.
7. International Purchases & Compliance
Customers purchasing products for delivery to another country acknowledge that certain differences may apply to international orders, including:
- Region-specific warranty coverage may not be available.
- Certain local customer service programs may not apply.
- Product care or safety instructions may be provided in English only.
- Product labeling may not necessarily satisfy every requirement imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they purchase may be legally imported, received, and used in their country or region.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Depending on the destination and checkout configuration, certain taxes or charges may be calculated or collected during checkout.
However, customers remain responsible for any additional customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed amounts that may arise when the shipment enters the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are separate from the product price and standard shipping fee.

This Purchasing Agreement and transactions conducted through the Plowesouylle online store shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
